• Court Owners: When you submit a booking inquiry, your name, email, and phone number are shared with the court owner to facilitate the booking.
• Service Providers: Third-party services that help us operate (Firebase for hosting & database, Cloudinary for image storage, EmailJS for email delivery). These providers are contractually bound to protect your data.
• Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
